Am I right in thinking that the tyres are not allowed to be the widest part of the car, hence why the plastic wheel arches protrude so much?

Theres a guy two doors down from my dad with a ford F150 thats been converted like that one, its higher though, looks much bigger than that toyota.

Problem is, they can take it out unless there is two of them in it because its so wide and the road is narrow with parked cars both sides.


Most useless car ever though.
