Today I received my BT Voyager 2500v wireless router/modem for use with my BT Broadband service, all is well in the respect of the laptop seeing the modem and pc it's connected to...

The head scratching part is, why will it not let me browse the net on the lappy?

Where am I going wrong, I cant even select the network connection on IE to make use of it??

Thanks.

i take it it has SP2 installed?

start > control panel > network connections > wireless network connection right click > view wireless networks

then see if you can see your network if you can double click it and it should connect if its a BT router it'll be WEP encrypted and will ask you for a wep key itll be on the bottom of the router tap it in and you should be away :)
