has anyone got their bulldog 16MB upgrade yet?

Just as thread title, has anyone ordered the 16MB upgrade and received it yet?

If so what sort of speeds are you getting. I rang tech support and they said all the upgrades at the exchanges should be done by the end of the week (although whether this happens or not i'm not too confident).

There are a few people that have been upgraded.
When i phoned them yesterday they said it would be available by the end of next week but many customers have heard many answers to the same question.
Also rumour has it that BD are pulling out of broadband to concentrate on wholesale unfortunately:

Who knows where the future will lie for Bulldog. Just hope there aren't too many changes...

Well after recieving an email this morning it seems that they will be focusing their efforts for broadband partnerships and no longer taking on new customers.

But it seems that everyone they have signed up so far should be ok.

Latest information is that they will indeed be taking new orders but only via the web. They will be only discontinuing from marketing for new customers - that's where the 150 job cuts will be-sales and marketing.
