it looks like it has made a difference for a few people but no difference at all for others then...

Anyone else got any results they could post? I'll give it a go myself when i get home :D

Nah it won't. No different to not running the fsb at exactly the right speed (in theory)
Although practically its more likely to go wrong than a bump in the fsb.

DFI recomend to use 101MHz for ATI cards and 105MHz for NVidia cards on their NF4 boards iirc

there must be some pretty beefy bandwidth increases in there for Nvidia to be introducing these trinity clocked PCI-E x24 slots soon
