If anyone works at CPW I'd been wondering about this for the last few days;

As i understand it if I had a phone from CPW the CPW would bill me on behalf of the provider, so therefore why do you have to send off for cash back cheques when they already handle the money why not lower the bill instead to save customers time/hasle

if they automatically did the cashback for you, then 100% of customers would get the cashback.

Whereas if they put the emphasis on you to claim the cash back, a lot of people will forget or not do it correctly, therefore saving CPW money.

Yep, thats how they make their money as a lot of people get it wrong or forget, causing any future claim to become invalid instantly. Hope i get it right, i got a cashback deal with onestopphoneshop(owned by CPW)

Yes, it is quite easy to forget your cashbacks if you are unorganised like me, I just remembered to send in my first one the other week, still waiting for the cheque to arrive.
