Pass plus`

Hey, my driving test is on 21st july (only a month or soo to go, eek)

Anyway, im considering doing the pass plus course afterwards, it will cost about £80 or something like that. I was wondering if this is actually worth doing and if insurance company's accept pass plus? How much money would it knock off a car (may be getting a 3door 1.2 year 1999 clio for cheap from a family friend

).

Anyone know if its worth it, and what company's accept it?

Pass Plus reduced my first insurance policy by £1,050 with NUD, so it's quite useful. I wouldn't imagine that much of a saving nowadays, but it'd certainly be more than £80 and so worth it imo.

Have a look there to see which insurers take pass plus. Its worth doing as you will save money doing it. Just dont expect to learn anything doing it.

its definetly worth the money, i spent £80 on my pass plus, and it reduced my insurance quote by a little over £200. well worth it!

apart from the insurance the main reason i want to do it is for going on the motoroway. Id like to do it with my instructor first as it will be abit scary for me!

Anyone know how much it takes off? Somebody told me about 20%?
