I'm planning to build a SFF to sit under my telly and act as a PVR and to play divx films etc. Plan would be to have my existing PC connected up to the internet and then stream media etc to the SFF over either a wired or wireless network. Hence don't need the SFF to do anything other than be able to record the TV and play divx films and thus assume nothing too fancy needed.
Anyone able to help with specs? Am thinking of basing it around an ABIT NF-95 in a silverstone LC11M case, A64 3200+, add in a 100gb or so HD, gig of ram, a DVD drive and a TV-card (recommendations for that?). Assuming a wired network I think that's all I need as built into the mobo, obviously for a wireless one I'll need a wireless network card too. Have I missed anything or any helpful pointers/advice anyone can give me about what I'm trying to achieve?
