Wouldnt that be the initial game testing done by people that get paid?

The betas I've been in have had NDAs too. If it's a closed beta it makes sense

All closed betas usually have NDA's, hence you probably wont get many replies about closed betas, Im hoping to get on the Warhammer Beta though.

Yeh this thread will get no replies at all, never known a internal or beta build release not to have a stict NDA around it.

I know for one company I do quite a lot for I can not even mention what product I am testing or the company name.

Its annoying, you know things others do not yet are forbidden from telling people until everyone already knows.
