You will need a Plug In Power and Energy Monitor, available from a well known electronics shop. Enter "plug in mains power & energy monitor" into google and it will link to one.

Plug this into the mains and it will tell you all the information you could need, like supply voltage, ampage been pulled and the watts pulled by the power supply. It will give wattage for all the system, but it will let you see the rise in consumption as the card is overclocked or under stress.

I use one of these at home to keep an eye of things, works really well
