hello all this is *** i have got (x2)

Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3500LL TwinX (2x1GB) CAS2 (MY-107-CS)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+ (Socket 939) - Retail (ADA4400CDBOX) (CP-127-AM)
Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe nForce4 SLi X16 (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-118-AS)

With a GForce 7900GT (256mb)
the psu i use is a X-Power (ATX-700TW)
my monitor is a hanns.g (19" TFT)
O/S Windows xp home (sp2)
sata 250gb maxtor HDD

This is my problem The dam thing just shut's down(does not do a re-boot).uppon re-booting (hitting the button to turn it on)there are no window's errors (send error report box).

i have re-built the pc from scratch again just to make sure i did have every thing in the right place & i did wooohooo but the still it shut's down.
the cpu is running @ about 45 c.
any help with this problem would be very help full.

First place to look could be your PSU.

Sudden shutdowns can be related too:

PSU: Faulty - Not outputting enough wattage to supply the system.
CPU: Heat - could be overheating - the shutdown happening in games ?
O/C: You might need a bit more voltage to get it stable if you have it overclocked.
M/b: Power Regulators might be overheating causing immediate shutdown. Check the temps of your northbridge/mosfets

Just a few idea's to get you started.

it shut down either in game or just after coming out of game
I dont not have the system over clocked.

What is your cpu temp under load? 45c is a little high if thats at idle. and iirc the A8n32 has a default shutdown temp of 60c for cpu which could well be the case if your idling at 45.
