The three golliwogs
The naughtiest girl
The wishing chair
Brer rabbit
I also read Dr Seuss books when I was realy young

I used to be addicted to the Chalet School books. Also used to love the Bobbsey Twin books too.

Used to like any book that centred around boarding schools really. Still do, could be why I'm so into Harry Potter.

Also loved the Brian Jacques stories about Redwall.

The ones I remember most are:
The Famous Five by Enid Blyton (not the crap books published later by other authors).
The Three Investigators by Alfred Hitchcock.
The Machine Gunners by Robert Westall. I first read this around the time it was dramatized as a tv series (where're you going now?;)).
The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings - JRR Tolkien.
The Colour of Magic by Terry Pratchett (not a children's book as such, but I was only 13 or so when I first read it).

Meg and Mog
I'd forgotten about those. The only one I remember involved a haunted castle.
