Hi i am just turning 15 and have had the weights and bench for a while now all i mainly do it bench press then a few diffrent things with the dumbbells can do a fair bit for my age compared to the lads who i go to the gym with and just want a routing for the whole body as all i have id a big chest and big arm muscles so if you could please tell me what else i could do and how often i would be happy.
I also need to loose a few lbs but i eat healty ect already so need a routine to sort me out and get me shaped right
