Telewest TV Drive

Wasn't sure if this belonged in one of the AV forums but I don't think it really falls under their categories.

Can I have some honest opinions from anyone with the TV Drive system from Telewest? I've tried looking at the newsgroups and some specialist forums but you don't tend to get a balanced opinion on those.

Not had any problems with mine, although the menus do get a bit slow when recording, same with normal Telewest though!

It's not bad at all, and if you are a good spender with TW you can haggle with them and maybe get the £10 pm knocked off your bill

The only irk I have with it is the nasty navigation in the Teleport and Setup menu, but PQ is great and my box is very quiet.

had mine in for about 2 months now.
Have found it very good.
Menu, as said is a bit slow, but on the whole I am impressed.
I only got the box for hdtv output but have now got no use for my dvd recorder as I never keep anyhting I record.
Telewest did try to charge me £50 for installation but once I told them I would switch to sky they soon overlooked the charge.
