You could bond them if your ISP supported it. I think Nildram are the only ones

You'd have 2 separate connections.

If you had kit that would do it, you could load balance between them. If the ISP supported it, you could bond them too.
Bridging them would never work.

Nope. IIRC Nildram's stopped doing it, and AAISP and Enta do it.
