linking my ip to a .com etc

Ok an odd one here i usaed to many years ago have a program that linked my ip to a set .com address it sat in my system try and no matter if my ip changed it linked this address to my teamspeak server

point is i cant remember what it was called or anything currently my my ntl changes my ip so im looking to set up something at links my current addy to my current ip link i used to have

Any help would e loved elseill just have to pay for a static ip
