Hosting CS:S Server

Its always bugged me that when i try to host a 2 man server for me and someone to play on, the other person can't connect / see it on the list.
I have a Belkin router and ages ago i tried to forward the ports... does anyone have a idea / guide on how i can get it working?

Make sure you use the setting 'sv_lan 0', and also you give the correct IP address and port, from www.whatismyip.com etc.
