DFI SLI-DR Expert + Hiper Type-R

Hi
I have just purchased a DFI Lanparty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert motherboard and have now realised that it needs an 8 pin connector for the psu.

My type-R psu does not have one so do I need a new psu or can I get a converter.

You can get converters for about £5.

Failing that the Expert will run with the 4 pin in the 8 pin plug just fine.

i have a type r psu managed to get a convertor to 8pin just google for them

i used my expert with the hiper psu just fine without a convertor
