I'm actually working for a company at the moment to redesign & develop their website and trying to go for a design as professional looking as the sites listed in this thread and it's really good to have them all in one place to get inspiration from.
I think the whole idea of lots of boxed content around the page is very
in right now as well as small arial fonts. I just finished a drop-down menu for it today and it's looking good, nice and subtle ... I might most a link when more of its done as it's not looking to great right now.
