Need some help with identifying a popular tune

Anyone know the name of that dramatic tune that's always being used for film trailers and adverts for the start of the Premiership etc. not a lot to go on but everyone will recognise it when they hear it.

Edit: If you listen, at some point during this short bo selecta sketch the tune comes on in the background

Edit: All I could hear after watching the clip was the theme tune to Film XXXX, that film 2000, film 1998, etc

It's in the background of the bit where it's showing the spiderman 2 spoof trailer.

That is most definitely 1000% what you're after.
Black Sabbath used to come onto it in the 70's.

i think he means the Jazz piano music from film 2006 with Jonathan Ross
