Well got sick of my old nokia 6230i and thought id pick up the cheapest k800i on contract I could and put in my orange works sim.
Picked up an o2 contract, 12 months at £19 a month, being o2 i ne wi could just whack in the orange sim and it would work. which it did just fine.
few problems though. firstly MMS messages, they dont work with the orange sim. in the picture message settings it has o2 wap as the connection. which is clearly the problem. my works sim doesnt have a wap connection. on the nokia it was just set to Orange MMS, no such option on the Sony, I cant seem to select any other method then WAP
other then that im quite liking it. can anyone reccomend any good sites for this phone. I have heard about the divinci thing, downloaded it. but dont wanna mess up my phone.
what does it do ?
can i use the usb cable that came with the phone or do i need a special one
in the phone list it only says k800 ( various regions ) which one is mine ?
sorry for all the questions, not used to such a complecated phone
