DS LITE hinge.

Saw a guy post on here about his hinge on his DS LITE breaking.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Just wondering cause I currently own a DS lite and am wondering if it happens to the majority of them.

Anyone taken a DS back to a shop because of this problem? How did the shop react?

1) Couldn't have used the existing thread which is still on the 1st page?

2) No, it will affect a few of them, not the majority.

You shouldn't have any issues getting it replaced either...
