Can somone monocle me up?

Was wondering if some fine soul can spec me up a new rig from scratch.

Heres the deal though.. it has to have everything.. case / keyboard / cpu / motherboard / ram etc.

And be at an affordable price.. a decent system but as low as pos, money wise.

How low money wise do you think, you could be able to build a decent machine? It's for a freind by the way, and he hasnt giving me a budget just yet. I told him I would make spec a decent pc as cheap as, then a medium one etc.

Possible?

It won't work, I made a mistake when making the spec.
Change it to this
