Creative Zen Firewire

As I was updating my firewire i accidently clicked power switch off and now my pc won't recognise my player to be able to update the firewire. So now my zen goes to Recover mode but can't be conected to pc.

How can I fix this or is my zen screwed?

I think you may be screwed i just did similar on my zen touch and it is having to have firmware reinstalled at creative.
Im on my third Zen they keep screwing up
