I have

Athlon 64 3500+ (which I presume is 939)
MSI ATX nForce Neo somethingorother with AGP slot and onboard sound and networking.
RADEON 9800 Pro + Zalman VF700-CU
Two sticks of Crucial 512MB DDR 333MHz
Maxtor SATA 120 GB HD
Sony DVD + SONY CD-RW
And a case that wouldn't look out of place at a carnival.

 Would it be reasonable of me to keep the RAM and Athlon chip to use on a new PCI-E motherboard and GFX card?

If so any thoughts on which pair to stump for given I have around 200 pounds to spend?

Oh and thanks in advance.
