I am using a M-Audio Audiophile 192 soundcard. It has been working fine since getting it, untill today when I tried an audio conversation over MSN for some reason all of my sound has stopped working. I can't even listen to music on Windows media player.
I have gone into the audio settings in MSN to see how on earth it can stop all of my sound from working and I have a screenshot below. Basically, the volume slide is stuck at the bottom. I can click my mouse on the slide and lift it up and I can hear all the sounds again, but as soon as I let go of the mouse it shoots back down to the bottom again!
Any ideas why MSN has messed it all up, and why the slide keep bouncing back to zero?
