Then probably I would have even bigger luck, because thing started to happen when I changed the grapics card on my old mobo - ECS SiS-649 M7, then I bought MSI 925X Neo Platinum, but this one didn't even fire up (probably of corrupted BIOS), so now I'm on ASUS P5LD2-SE.

What are the odds of that?

christ so what components havnt you changed? your either the most unlucky cloke around or theres something were not thinking of!

Pentium 4 630 3.0 GHz - not changed
1GB of DDR2 at 400MHz - not changed
ATI X550 256MB - changed to Nvidia 6600 GT256MB - changed to ATI X800GT 256MB
ECS SiS-649 M7 micro ATX mobo - changed to ECS 925X Neo Platinum - changed to ASUS P5LD2-SE
300W power supply - changed to 500W PSU
Philips DVD-RW - not changed
Maxtor 200 GB IDE HDD - not changed
Windows Media Center Edition 2005 - not changed

Bold and underlined are the specs I have now.

Problem solved! It was a graphics card. I changed to 6800GT and everything is just fine
