Hi, Right I have this problem with a motherboard of mine, its the asus p4vx8-x

I know its the motherboard as the hard drive works perfect on my other pc,

the problem is when I try to install windows, I get numerous blue screens saying irq page file not equal, or something like that I cant remember, and then say I should change settings thats got to do with caching and shadowing. I gave up on this board months ago, I had also upgrading the bios at this time, and it didnt help.

It gives me the same error at variuos points when going through the installation, I then eventually after loads of trys got through to install part, then it freezes up and gives the blue screen saying windows has stopped to prevent damage to my computer, when the installation has got only 9 mins left, so now I am quite ticked off again like I was months ago.

Now I am using the board again, I dont think its a faulty board, somthing to do with settings or what not.

If you guys could possibly help me it would be great !

If you need any more info, just ask and I will try my best

Thanks in advance
