I'm having the same trouble, yours may be repairable. in the bios go to dram config and put the configuration to manual, and try putting the timing to 400mhz like it should be. You may need to increase the voltage or increase some of the timings. Its more than likely cheap ram tho, i think thats the problem i'm having.
If that doesn't help leave some more info on your specks and what you see in the bios. If i fix my own i'll leave a post with what i did
