Having a problem with my new system... in games such as cs:s and BF2 my games kind of... jumpy. Like the player models will be stuttery/jumpy. I tested bf2 on single player and it was fine, as soon as i jumped to an online server it was jumpy again. This makes me think its my network connection as opposed to my hardware...

Gigabyte DS4 (using onboard LAN)
1GB RAM (Damn DS4 >_<)
X1900XT
Anything im missing/need to change? Im thinking it may be some odd nic setting hidden away....
