i am using the logitech wireless desktop bundle (keyboard, mouse and remote) on my PC currently.
Last night the mouse decided to kick the bucket. Out of the blue, its dead. Tried several brand new batteries, and at the most i get a flickering of the battery light, a bit of a crackle, then it dies. Clearly not a good sign. I spotted what looked like water droplets on top of a componentinide the mouse, but its not been near any liquids
Now, heres my question. If i go out and buy the single wireless logitech mouse (same design as the one i have) will i be able to have it connect to the current wireless usb dongle i have already? or is it hard coded to the dongle it is supplied with?
i dont want to be losing a usb port, plus it will be fiddly having 2 dongles.
