Remember when it was fun? This is Gilles Villeneuve and Rene Arnoux at the 1979 French Grand Prix, some of the braking is unbelievable.

GV really ought to have had a title in his (all too short) career. If Pironi hadn't stolen Imola '82 from him and started the feud that killed Villeneuve at the next race then he would pretty much have been assured of the title, the Ferrari was very good that year.
