Using shift give me wrong characters

Hi

I have veen messing around with compis-xgl and have now rebooted into ordinarz Gnome.

However if i press the shift kez to get saz the "at" sign i get this "Á" ü the shift kez and numbers work fine hence the quote marks


hmmm ü canát tzpe some ordinarz letters either
