The Chaos Engine is certainly up there for being the best.

I've also got a soft spot for -

Eye of the Beholder 2
Pinball Illusions
Super Stardust
Roadkill
Shadow of the Beast
Superfrog

Wasnt superfrog the one with really cool sound?

I probably spent fasr too much on my Amiga adding ppc processor , graphic cards and various other cards, but those Amiga days were definatly more fun for me then the current resource hogging os, software that grind down even the most highly specced pcs.

My favorite Amiga game is deffinalty Slamtilt and without a doubt one the finaest Amiga games ever. OnEscapee, Flying high, quake2 wipeout2097 are other greats as well as the classic Lotus series and shadow of the beast, and who can forget the great Turrican series.

the Amiga should be remembered for being the first general user computer to combine multiprocessing and multitasking for a great price and being simple enough to learn the os and its software by simply using it .
