Hi all,

Trying to install XP Pro on an ASRock ConRoeXFire-eSATA2 MB.
I have one Seagate Baracuda 250GB SATA-ll HD which is connected via the SATA cables.
I do not want to use RAID but the installation says I still have to create the
SATA driver diskette which I have done.
It also says when I get to the point in the XP installation where I am prompted
to load 3rd party drivers I should press F6 and select the correct driver from
the driver diskette .. however when the installation gets to this point I press
F6 (many times!!) but there is no response (I know the PS2 keyboard is
working .. so its not that!)

If I let the installation continue it says it can't find a suitable HDD to install OS
on and gives option to load driver again .. so I try again at this point to load
driver from SATAdiskette but it says it can't find suitable files ..

Any ideas what is going on here ... I have searched around for any more info
but to no avail .... help please :(

TIA

Dave
