Which Northbridge heatsink is better?

Zalman ZM-NB32J or Zalman ZM-NB47J?

The ZM-NB47J is probably a little better, being that the prongs are longer.

But it's simple to fit a 40mm fan to the ZM-NB32J if you decide that passive isn't doing the job.

NB47J, its the evolution from the NB32J, the 32 should only be used if the 47 doesnt fit really

I think those heat sinks are a really good idea esp for noise control. I found on my old system that fan was the noisiest present, and boy did one of those heatsinks help out

Really simple to attach as well, though a pair in the arse because the clips go to the back of the motherboard.

I've had the 47j on 3 different sytems and cant fault it

keeps the NB at a nice temp and is silent!
