TBH, you'd be better off getting a Socket 754/939 SFF for around £170 (CPU and barebones) because - although around double the cost of a simple Skt A barebones, they'll come with more USB slots, more toys in general, will be quieter and faster.
To answer your question: yes, there are Skt A SFFs out there, but they are rare by any stretch of the imagination and the only ones being sold (that I've found) are rubbish and/or ugly.
You could have mine but I'd feel bad selling it, especially when there's much better stuff out there.
