So if its ok in Spain at 14, why is it not ok in England.....? Why the difference?
There should be legislation that applies to everyone (worldwide) and this is an area that could benefit in some clarification.

I believe some common sense should be applied to law in the UK and the individuals case be dealt with in that manner - nothing is black and white in law. Legislation is specific, courts are not.

Yes perhaps the solution is to lock them up, some people would argue it's not a solution but I'd say it was one option and one I support.
Or if you want to lessen the financial burden that scum like this put on the taxpayer kill them.

If Lithium can hnestly say that he can tell an under 16 year old dressued up as an 18 year old then he needs to become a bouncer or security guard as 99% of the population cant.
What is also interesting (dont know whether this has come up already) but there was a major study about 3 years ago broadcast on the BBC that showed if an adult male was asked to describe their ideal female most would end up describing someone of about 14. They didnt realise they were doing it, its just something engrained into the human brain. The reason behind it is that the younger you are the more fertile you are precieved. That means a girl who has just started puberty and has all the atributes attributed to being a woman (child bearing hips, breasts and menstration) is the mate you want.
In that respect supposed 'pedophilia' of people over the age of about 13-14 is perfectly normal, probably less weird than homosexuality. The reason its seen as a bad thing is because our society has a warped sense of 'childhood' and believe that children are people under the age of 18 and need protecting from everything, including using their bodies for what they are designed for.
There is a major difference between being attracted to pubescent 'children' and pre-pubescent children though. People attracted to 10 year olds are rather strange and the previous logic doesn't work here. They are not sexual beings (I don't mean in the sense of an object or plaything), there are no breasts, hips or anything else attributed to being able to bear a child and should not be treated as something they are not.

Lithium, you need to think a little more about what you are saying IMHO. If a lass has a womanly figure then most men will find her attractive, be she 14 or 18. When you notice a woman, you notice what she looks like and how attractive she is/isn't - both physically and sexually. An attractive woman is an atractive woman is an attractive woman - end of.
I find that you can admire a painting or a car or a bike without wanting to steal it. In the same way I can admire a good looking lass without necessarily wanting to bed her. And without acting on either of those wants.
