Somewhere in the middle.
This is probably the most easy thing ive made, but its also the tastiest. So im proud :D

Boil some pasta,
Drain,
Add Tin of Tuna
Add Chopped onion
Add Half a tub of cottage Cheese.

Mix and serve :D

Fits nicely into my fitness food and tastes suprisingly nice!

Anyone else got some nice fast recipes for a gym going kinda guy! (lots of protein and healthy carbs)

Tuna...*Shudder*

It looks wrong, it smells wrong, it tastes wrong. It's WRONG! Plain wrong! It should be banished to the fiery caverns of hell!

id have just eaten the tuna out of the can and walked away :O
One of my fave snacks at Uni used to be a tin of tuna with a hefty splash of tabasco sauce in, mashed up and eaten straight out of the tin. Luvverly :)

*edit* In fact in relation to the OP, I guess that makes quite a good high-protein snack! :D

Here's mine:

Put 1 tin of Tuna in a bowl
add a small amount of low fat mayonaise to moisten up the tuna,
then grate some cheese into it and mix it all up,
spread on bread, then whack in a toastie maker or George Foreman grill,
Let the bread toast and there you go,
homemade tuna melt :)

Hmm to show my true feelings about this idea I'd need a Homer Simpson drooling smiley.

That sounds disgusting.

None of that food goes together.

Especially not tuna and pasta, I've tried a few pasta dishes with tuna in my time, they've all been disgusting.

Therefore, I think you're a weirdo, and I judge your life style.
