Will a PCI Card supporting USB 1.2 and 2 Run at the Higher 2.0 Speed

As Question Says. I am looking purchasing a Used PCI Card With 2 USB Sockets on. The Person Say in its descrption it supports 1.1 & 2.0 But with the Card Not looking Brand New & Wondering if the Card Will Work Fine with USB 2.0 Periphela but only go the Speed of 1.0
Or Do you think if it supports it, it will run 2.0 at the 2.0 Speed, So....

Thanks After Reading That I reliase I have bought USB Card without USB 2.0.
Will A All In Printer that Says 2.0 Work just as good as 1..0 or 1.1

Im just guessing that it would process the job slightly slower... nothing else to be honest.
