I think youll have to push it upto 700/750 if you want 8800 and 2 Gig memory. Even with the very cheapest case, this is £730ish:

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C5 800MHz Value DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400DC)

OcUK GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

Hitachi Deskstar 7K160 NCQ 160GB SATA-II 8MB Cache - OEM (0A32728)

Gigabyte GA_965P_S3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Asus TA-210 Series Midi Tower (Black) - No PSU

NEC AD5170 18x18 DVD±RW Dual Layer ReWriter (Silver) - OEM

Akasa Ultra Quiet 500W Paxpower Active PFC ATX2.2 PSU - Black Nickel

Intel Core 2 DUO E4300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.80GHz (800FSB) - Retail

And you'd need to overclock that processor to match the 8800 methinks, so an extra £40 for a tuniq tower :)

Your choice but I'd recommend

(a) losing the 8800, or at least postponing the build to the 12th feb when the new 320 MB 8800 GTS comes out at £200ish

(b) Saving some more money.

Otherwise you're in danger of spending £50 less and getting a far inferior machine.

If you go for the S3 instead of the P5N that will save you a tenner. You'll also save about £8-£10 going for the 4300 instead of the 6300.
