Free Galleries

A friend of mine has made me a website to show my photos but has a lot of work on now so hasn't been able to do the actual gallery page. Just wondering if there is any free galleries that I could use on the site until he has a chance to finish it?

Use Flickr

and then use this to make a simple gallery

Coppermine is a good simple PHP gallery - have used it a few times, can be good if you want to get something up quick and tweak it when you have the time

yes sadly so. However deviant and image shack are good free places.

Also photobox has free 240mb hosting too.

I mean do you need my own web address, I already use flickr to host my images. I;ve downloaded it but dunno how to use it.

programs such as Aperture and Abobe Lightroom allow you to make webgalleries pretty easy using there templetes.

I use Imagevue http://www.imagevuex.com although it costs from $42 (£20 ish). I find its easy to use and setup.

If its software to use on your own hosting, Gallery2 is what I'm setting up at the moment. You can get it at Sourceforge......
