Wow, aren't I the lucky one?
In real terms I'm a whole 39 quid better off per month so it would seem. Net pay for this month is a whopping £970.26 after almost 4 years here.
I have to say it's a real pleasure working for a company who value the contribution and input of their design drawing office staff so much (where 2 people are doing the work previously allotted to 5, with no day to day management or 'design supervision').
But at least the MD and all of the managers get to polish their new TVR's and enjoy 2 month long holidays whilst the rest of us mushrooms get to tread water.
A few weeks back one of the senior partners (we were discussing house prices) asked if I owned my own home or had a mortgage and I had to laugh out loud when he said that a terraced house round where I live is 'only' ~100k
what planet does that guy live on... but I digress.
