Sorry nolimit I dont know what that is. I only know what mine is because some kind soul on another forum told me!

You chopped off some proportion of the body. I would have either get the entire bird in or zoom closer to the eyes and get rid of the hand.

The background doesn't contrast with the foreground so the bird doesnt stand out as much as it could

I took this photo last year and is this Hawk?

Looks like a Golden Eagle to me, but I am no expert .

As for the pic in the OP, I would have cropped in a bit more around the head and upper body, to loose the handler completely, the expression on the bird with his piercing eyes is what draws me.
