Transfer OS to another hard disk

Are there any programs out there that will let me transfer an image of my OS partition to another drive and then let me restore it back to the same drive again? I want to format the hard disk but I want to restore my Windows installation back on it later.

I think Acronis True Image 10 should let you do that.

Ghost will also allow you to do this.

Or if you want to have a boot disk you could get Bart PE.
