Does anyone know of any issues with installing linux and sata hdds. Im wondering if it might be my motherboard, but on this particular box everytime Ive tried to install linux with sata hdds plugged in, it just fails. Unplug them, install to IDE and hey presto, no problemo. Had this in the past with mandrake, suse and debian, and now xubuntu.
