Overclocking Athlon 64 X2 3800

Guys any pointers on how i go about doing this have not got a clue all the options in the bios confuses me. I have a Asrock AM2NFG-VSTA motherboard with 3 sticks of 512mb DDR2 533mhz Ram installed. Using a PCI xpress card what do i need to alter etc to achieve a overclock on standard cooling. Thanks guys

raise the fsb and keep the RAM as near as possible to 533mhz
