What shall i offer?

I know someone whos selling their set up, ive only got a rough idea what it is atm but have no idea what to ask for it, as its all a year and a half old and most of it came out before i got into all this properly

7900GTX (I think, its a super duper duper 7900)
Amd Athlon 3800+
2gb OCZ memory (Not sure what speed)
Motherboard (see below)

Now, i beleive he bought it all brand new a year and a half ago, and am i correct in thinking this would have been the dogs then?

If so could anyone decipher the mobo lol

Now you can probably see why i have no idea what to offer the guy

I know i should go Dual core some how (Amd/c2d) but i just cannot afford it at all, been trying to get a new machine for like 3 weeks now since my GF blew up and am going to kill myself if i dont start playing stalker and my mate completes it before me

Any help would be GREAT!

Not enough info to determine the motherboard, 3800+ CPUs came out on socket 939 and AM2 (may also have been some very limited socket 754 versions but that is unlikely enough not to be worth worrying about). If you can find out a bit more then it would be easier to determine the model.

£200 for just those 4 components. Could be 754, 939 or AM2 though.

My guess is a 939 and funny enough I'm selling my socket 939 stuff on eBay!

Going on the prices of equivalent parts new I'd probably offer somewhere in the region of £160-170 for it, not very exact but somewhere around there seems reasonable.

It will be 939 stuff. Currently, on the bay it's going for peanuts. People just are not interested. I just sold the following on there:-
939 SD 4000+ retail £35,
2x1GB sticks of PNY PC3200 £25+£35,
Abit AN8-32X SLI £72,
BFG 7800GT OC £65. (That was way above the price for sales that finished in the previous 14 days).

As you can see, around £200 would be right, depending on what the mobo is.
