As above make sure your case is well ventilated. Make sure you cpu temps are not getting near 75c. Make sure you are on the latest bios anecdotes...

If it’s the b450 version that bios won’t be available until January as per AMD post.
Only buy a motherboard that has the ability to update bios without a cpu. That way you don’t have to worry.
If it’s windows that’s getting upset I would use DDU to remove the Intel driver.
I don’t think that’s right. X570 does not support Ryzen 1000. Check the support page on the motherboard to be sure.
Dont need to go for X570 there some nice B550 boards.

Update your motherboard bios. Update windows chipset drivers. Go into your bios and make sure your pci slot is at the max setting.
