Yeh that sounds sensible, I'll use it for a week or so to see if it bothers me.
Tried Shadow of the Tomb Raider and got about 60-70ish with my 1080Ti
I rarely use my monitor when the lights are off and have fairly bright environment. Going to try a few games in normal scenarios and see if it...
Would you suggest a replacement to see if it's any better? When not photographing it, doesn't seem so bad, but it's worse than my previous screen....
Just checked the backlight bleed on mine...
Thank goodness you can change it hahah
Mine arrived today. It's early days and i don't want to draw conclusions until using it for a week or two. Right now I really like it, the colours...
I ordered this one thinking, well if the HDR is pretty rubbish on much more expensive options, go for the cheaper monitor then upgrade later on....
My previous one was flat, so that shouldn't be an issue.
Oh damn, that's a shame! Hopefully this got fixed in a later batch. If not I'll look into other options then.
Just noticed the iiyama ultrawide came back in stock and went for that.
I've recently sold my older ultrawide and narrowed the upgrade options to:
Iiyama G-Master GB3461WQSU-B1 144Hz IPS
Dell S2721DGF 165Hz IPS...
Anyone seen flickering, dead pixels etc?
I'm in the process of tying to sell my old ultrawide, then going to upgrade!
Any idea for the next batch ETA?
Excellent. I'm thinking of upgrading from my 60Hz ultrawide, and surprised at this one's price given the refresh rate an IPS panel.
Glad to hear people are impressed with the monitor, it looks like amazing value! Any issue with it not being curved?
Very tempted, bit anxious about the chance of flickering happening with FreeSync/G-sync enabled.
Really tempted by this monitor. Wondering if it's a better choice than the VA Curved version. Never tried a VA before. Current ultrawide is flat...
