Install MSI Afterburner and check the temp limits. On defaults mine throttle's the boost at anything over 83c so if you're hitting 90 I suspect...

Yep, happens in Windows as well. Doesn't even make it into Windows most of the time, it just hangs at the loading screen.
PSU works fine with my 670... and its happening in the BIOS so can't be a driver issue. I've put an RMA in... funny thing is when I took it out...
Yup done all those things. Only got 1 slot, using the 6/8pin power cables from my TX650 PSU. Works fine with the 670 it was supposed to replace :(
